We hold a special appreciation for our loyal guests, and as a token of gratitude for choosing to stay with us, the Robinson Family has initiated a rewards program just for you.

Earn points with each visit to any of our five businesses, and convert these points into dollar discounts for your future stays.

Join Robinson’s Rewards Program via the Guest Portal, or ask us when making your next booking. You will be issued with a Robinson’s Rewards Member number to use for all future bookings, and to redeem points.

Terms and conditions do apply as outlined below.

 Robinson’s Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: This rewards program is open to individuals who stay with us, subject to the conditions below.

Accrual of Points:

·       Points are awarded based on individual stays with us. Points are accrued in the name of booking holder.

·       Points are only accrued on direct bookings made with the businesses by phone or our direct websites. Points are not accrued on bookings made with 3rd party booking sites such as BIG4.com.au, booking.com or expedia.

·       Points are earned at a rate of 10 points for every $100 spent on a booking. This calculation is based on the net rate after any BIG4 discount has been applied.

·       The business reserves the right to modify the rate of accrual at any time without prior notice.

·       Points are accrued based on the booking stay date. Should a booking cancel, accrued points are removed.

Exclusions:

·       Points cannot be accrued on group or corporate bookings.

·       Points cannot be accrued on annual accommodation charges.

·       Points are non-transferable and cannot be accrued on bookings made by someone other than the rewards program member.

·       Rewards program members cannot add their name and number to another person’s booking for the purpose of accruing points. The member must personally stay at the park to earn points.

·      Accumulation of points can occur all year round. However, there may be times when points accrual does not apply such as super deal rates.

Redemption:

·       Points may be redeemed on any new booking* made by the member/ points holder at participating businesses as outlined above.

·       *Black out Periods: Points cannot be redeemed during peak periods of Christmas 20th December – 15th January, or the 5 days peak of Easter Long weekend each year.

·      The business reserves the right to modify the participating businesses at any time without prior notice.

·       Rewards points cannot be used as the final payment method on the guest portal.

·       BIG4 discounts remain applicable and can be combined with reward points redemption on bookings.

·       Points can only be redeemed against accommodation charges.

·       Redemption for accommodation is subject to availability.

·      Points can not be redeemed on bookings made via a 3rd Party Site such as BIG4.com.au, booking.com or expedia.

·       Once points are redeemed, they are treated as ‘payments’ and are subject to the cancellation policy of the booking type made. Ie if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit all payments and points redeemed. If the points are redeemed on a deal booking, the terms and conditions will vary. Please read the terms of your specific booking type.

·       If the business is sold, the rewards points are not transferable to the new company.

·       Your points will be redeemed at the time of payment. If your purchase exceeds the remaining points, you must pay the excess using a different payment method. Accrued points may be used in part or in full, and any remaining balance can be applied towards subsequent purchases.

Expiry:

·       Points accrued under this program will expire two years from the date of acquisition. It is your responsibility to use points prior to expiration.

·       Your points tally can be viewed at any time in the guest portal. Statements or vouchers will not be issued. Please ensure that points have been accrued on bookings after your stay date. You will not be reminded of points due to expire.

General:

·       The terms and conditions of this rewards program, the rate of accrual or rules for redemption are subject to change at the discretion of the business.

·       Points cannot be used to obtain cash advances, refunded, on-sold to other people, or redeemed or exchanged for cash.

·       Misuse or violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of a member's account.
